We paid $160 three months ago to connect the pipes under the kitchen sink, and now we have the same problem. We can either let the dirty dish water run all over the kitchen floor or use a tub to wash dishes and then carry the water outside to pour down a drain. I needed to have my bathroom sink fixtures replaced, and called Ernie's to do the job. They sent Austin to do the work and he did an awesome job! The bathroom fixtures look beautiful. He went above and beyond by going to Lowe's to get a couple of components that we were not aware was needed until he actually did some investigating. As it turned out, one of the components was defective, and he had to go back to Lowe's to exchange it. His work is really top rate, and I plan to request him to do a few other projects in the future.

The technician was not able to replace our water heater BUT he was patient and helpful while we figured out the best course of action going forward. He spoke with his superiors to be sure he was giving us the proper information and waited to speak with our softener system customer service to ensure they had the proper information going forward to get our system UP TO CODE (as it should have been).
He never made us feel rushed and encouraged us to call if we need anymore help along the way. It was pleasant experience and I'm sure had He installed our heater we would have been properly installed. I would definitely recommend them to others for future plumbing services.

My experience with Ernie's Plumbing was exceptional from the very first person I spoke with to the end result. I was called twice prior to the plumber coming, just to inform me everything appeared to be on schedule. Cody, the plumber, arrived right on time and was a pleasure to do business with. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Cody gave me quotes prior to even starting, and knew immediately what was necessary to fix the problem. Before I knew it, all was repaired. Thank you, Cody and Ernie's Plumbing.

I manage a bakery and recently, the toilet came loose from the floor and rather unpleasant smells were eminating from it. As the smell of fresh baked goods doesn't pair nicely will essence of feces, I knew I needed to call someone to fix the problem. When I googled plumbers in my area, a giant list of results came up. As I was reading off the names of all the various plumbers, my baker told me that she sees the Ernie's Plumbing truck on the road often so they must do steady business. Sounded good to me.
The woman I talked to on the phone was very friendly and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. When the gentleman (and the famous truck) came to the shop, he assessed the problem quickly and fixed it within an hour and at a very reasonable price. Now the shop is filled with the sweet smells of baked goods and not the inside of a colon. Thanks Ernie's! Edit:. Just for giggles, I read through some of the other reviews after I posted mine. Very entertaining. Ernie is pretty spicy. Respect.

I would recommend Ernie's to anyone who is in need of a plumber! They were able to get me in the same day and arrived at my house an hour after I called. They found a broken pipe in my wall and fixed it immediately. Very good quality and cleaned up after themselves. Craig was very professional and honest and even educated me on how to lookout for any issues in the future. This was a great experience from making the appointment all the way to the completion of the job along with a follow up call!
