I was so pleased with their service! They have great customer service, great prices and do excellent work. Joseph Silva was very professional and thorough. Will definitely use them again! James also came out to fix an issue at a rental property we have and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and was able to quickly fix the issue. Definitely will be our go to company for plumbing in the future.

James bielamowicz is the technician that took care of my problem today 2/7/2022. Very professional, on time, very thorough and went above and beyond to take care of the problem. I have been using dial one Johnson Plumbing Heating and A/C company for over 4 years now. On my personal property and rent homes. I have never had any problems with any of the technicians they send out. Like the fact that they send you a text to let you know the technician who is coming to perform the service and a email with pictures and your invoice for records.
I would recommend this company to anyone that has a plumbing or a/c need. Not the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive but for the price and the services they perform you are getting the Peace of Mind that the job is done right! The people that answer the phone's do a great job of asking the right questions to make sure the technicians are prepared for any problem you have.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of plumbing repairs. They were prompt in their responses to my many inquiries, and they completed the repair within only a few hours. They were professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. It's very difficult to find someone you can trust in this business. But I have definitely found that in Daniel and the team at Dial One. He focused on the problem and didn't try to oversell any unneeded repairs. He was responsive even after hours and took pictures of what he was working on to help me understand the issue. Great service and a great company. Highly recommended!
