My furnace wasn't working and I called valley this morning, they were able to fit me in today which was great because temps are freezing outside. The gentleman came and knew exactly what it was right away, fixed it quickly and I was just charged the minimum trip charge which is lower then all the places I called. Very great service, price and quality. Thank you for running a great business!

Valley Furnace was a pleasure to work with. I was referred to them by the PSE website when I first started looking for a furnace install company. This was the first furnace I have ever had to get installed so I was careful and got about 6 different bids from companies all over the South King/Tacoma area. Valley Furnace was the best value for a quality American Standard furnace. We also wanted a high efficiency gas furnace and Valley Furnace made it hassle free by doing all the paperwork/application for the rebate themselves so we didn't have to worry about it.
