The guy came out this week and did our floors. I think his helper got sick and couldn't work but instead of rescheduling he stayed by himself until it was finished. He worked until around 9:30 pm just to finish! Unreal! Much respect to the Carpet Shops! Our floors look great and we will always call The Carpet Shops for our flooring needs.

Where quality and excellent customer service really counts! The carpet shop really delivers. Ruthie was beyond the best in her customers service skills in choosing my recent selection. I had a rather large area in my home where kitchen lead through to a foyer and other rooms I was told by a large competitor that the pattern and print, of my choosen selection could not be done in my floor plan Ruthie assured me it was an option, and that it could be done, her expert opinion sold me on original decision.
The installer Jeff Hancock was top of the line his precise and installation knowledge completed to perfection the installation that the carpet shop competitor said could not be accomplished. If you want old school, modern knowledge, customer service Ruthie should be your only choice. If you want quality, exceptional well calculated installation of your purchase Jeff is the one and only Thank you carpet shop for the individual expert attention excellent customer service from purchase to installation

I'm new to the area and was referred to The Carpet Shops for my flooring for my new home on the lake. For me, first impressions matter. The staff responded in a manner that made we want to partner with them on my project. The icing on the cake was Ms. Ruthie. She's one of a kind and her spirit, knowledge, and down home feel is indicative of what the The Carpet Shops represents and live by. From my vantage point.they suit my needs and I believe they will suit yours!

The carpet shop was extremely helpful in creating the correct choices for the floor coverings. Very satisfied with both. Ruthie is just excellent to work with. I had problems with installation that we worked out with no problem.

The quality and initial service was great. However, the installation and end result was extremely poor and disappointing. The seam through the center of the room is beyond obvious and the first thing you notice in the room. For the money The Carpet Shop charged, save yourself and go elsewhere.
