Mr. Schumann's company did a complete tear off of my roof in January 2017 which included removal of the original cedar shake roof of 1925. He and his crew did an outstanding job in difficult weather conditions. In the recent wild weather windstorm of last week a small section of my roof shingles blew off. The insurance adjuster gave me the name of another company to call. That person proceeded to ask me for $850 to rent a tarp for two days and $21,000 to fix the roof.

I really thought I would have a stroke, my blood pressure shot through my roof. I called Mr. Schumann who sent his crew out the next day. Chuck plus one popped up onto the roof, fixed the initial problem - minus an $850 tarp - and told me they would call within 2 days about replacing the shingles and were done in 30 minutes. He was professional, empathetic and actually listened to me as I was in an agitated state to put it nicely. I am very grateful and just hope he does not bill me for the 20 minutes of boohoo he heard from me!

Schumann Construction is a great company. They helped me survive the town's regulations and built me a beautiful attached garage and front porch. You would not know they were added over 30 years later. They come when they say, do quality work and clean up when they are done for the day. I would recommend them highly.

Had Schumann Construction replace the roof on my house. The quote was very competitive and clearly communicated what work was included. Top notch quality job. Had it done in a day. Great group of guys as well. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely use their services again in the future.

0 stars if I could. They installed a new bathroom 2 years ago. Had water leaking from shower 2.5 MONTHS after install. Not once did the tile person come out to look at issue until 2 years later. Needless to say $10,000 to replace whole shower, flooring and all the wood that has been water damaged. Shane refused to replace the wet and molded material. He just wanted to put one piece on top of the bench, fix grout and repair the drywall.

I had an estimate done $10,000 in damages because the did not pitch the shower correctly and refused to repair the bench in the shower. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASTLE. OVERPRICED AS WELL. Do not let there web page suck you in. Yes they gave 3 new vehicles and only 1 person actually doing all the work. Rich did a good job. The tile sub contractor, SUPERIOR INTERIOR, did the shower. Shane should have had someone else address the cracked grout on the bench and the pitch of the pan and there probably would not have been any issues. NOT ONCE DID THE TILE CONTRACTOR COME OUT IN 22 MONTHS. If you have had work done by then and have problems, file a claim immediately with your home owners. Do not wait for him to fix the issue because he will NOT!
