Had a remote that wasn't working and the replacement battery was in short supply so they opened a brand new one and all's good now! You should buy their products like I did. Good for folks who treat you right.

Made an appointment to have my doors and openers looked at due to 1 was not closing properly and the other was opening slow. When I called to make the appointment I was not asked what brand my openers were. The technician showed very polite and nice. He walks into my garage looks and tells me "Oh we don't service these brands ". I was a bit surprised. If this is the case why was I not asked ahead of time what brand I have.

He point out an issue with one of my doors which will need to be addressed. Then came the sales pitch! Well this model is worn out and needs to be replaced. After ordering a $16 switch my door works perfectly. He did not want to touch my openers he just wanted me to buy a new one. I fixed it myself and now don't need to spend over $500 for a new one. Update as of 2-25-21, Jon did call me and we spoke over the phone. Very good conversation and we worked on a solution. Will be using them in the future when I need to replace my door openers. Wish more companies would work with customers to resolve issues.

I got an honest quote by a knowledgeable representative. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The door took about a month to get in, which is fine because they told me the lead times. Once they got the door I was scheduled within a week. Removal of my old door and installation of the new track, door and opener took less than 4 hours by one person. Professionals all around.
