My front door deadbolt broke when I was leaving for a walk at 730am. Called Forchun about 815am and they were the only ones to answer that early. The technician reached me about 930am and I was able to move on with my day by 935am. The service was fast, friendly, effective, and efficient. The service is great - I received calls to confirm that I had heard from a technician, as well as a follow up to confirm the services were adequate. The price was more than reasonable. I am grateful we can rely on Forchun and Son.

The technician that came out was absolutely amazing. I lost my car's fob-key and I tried to manually start the engine by myself. Big mistake. He came and replaced the fob by reprogramming another key. Quick and easy. The service and rates were very affordable and friendly. I recommend this service to anyone!
