I reached out to KTM when my old gate opener company vaporized, and I am so glad that I did. The technician that fixed my gates seemed to know exactly how my system worked even though the gates are contolled by a Doorbird pedestal near the street and a Crestron system in the house. It was such a relief to see someone who wasn't puzzled and trying to figure things out as he went. One of my garage door opener springs broke recently, so I decided to use KTM for that repair too. Again, the tech showed up, knew what to to, had the parts on his truck, and fixed the garage door in no time. Now I have one company to call instead of 2, and the quality of service has improved in both cases. I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

Charged exorbitant price to 'reset' my opener, after they charged $684 6 months before for another issue they found. Said it was unrelated but not trustworthy.

The technician that came out was named Lester and he was really good. After fixing the initial issue he made sure the entire system was working correctly and ended up giving the door a complete tune up with oiling it and re-tensioning the spring. A++++

This morning, a roller fell off of our garage door making it almost impossible to use. I called KTM and Lester arrived within 2 hours. Lester was courteous and extremely efficient! He replaced 10 rollers in record time and lubed it as well. We've used KTM previously, and were very pleased. Also, the cost for repair was very reasonable!

The gate in our neighborhood required repair and KTM was so helpful. They sent someone out promptly to take a look at the gate and fix it that day. They were upfront with the pricing we could expect as well. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would use them again in the future for gate maintenance needs.
