Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning uses truck-mounted hot water extraction for deep cleaning and stain removal. We pre-vacuum, pre-treat stains, and apply eco-friendly solutions to restore carpets. Drying includes air movers for faster results. Ideal for households and businesses in Lancaster County.
Upholstery Cleaning
Upholstery cleaning services target sofas, chairs, and furniture with specialized fabric-safe methods. Pre-inspection determines material type before vacuuming, pre-treatment, and spot cleaning. We use gentle techniques to preserve fabric integrity while eliminating allergens and odors.
Area Rug Cleaning
Area rug cleaning includes pickup/delivery options and facility-based washing. We test for colorfastness, remove embedded dirt, and submerge rugs for thorough cleaning. Drying uses climate-controlled environments to protect delicate fibers like wool and silk rugs.

I had a very positive experience with The Rug Beater. Their customer service person was friendly and made scheduling very easy! They confirmed the day before the cleaning, arrived promptly, and worked very professionally. We will be repeat customers. Service: General carpet cleaning

The Rug Beater was recommended to us by Cloister Flooring. Phil, the owner, was both professional and personable. We enjoyed talking with him. He did a thorough job cleaning the carpet in two of our rooms. He used protectors for wall corners and placed a floor covering for the equipment to protect our hardwood floors. He also gave us a "goody bag" as a new customer. The reviews actually speak for themselves about the integrity of this company. We highly recommend them. Thank you, Phil!

I would like to commend The Rug Beater. Absolutely wonderful business with which to work. From scheduling to completed work, the staff and technicians were totally professional. They came on four separate occasions, and each time the work was completed in a very satisfying way. (I would like to add that they also polished our wood floors, as well.) I especially want to give a "shout-out" to Chip who was our primary technician on each occasion. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra-mile. A real gem! The Rug Beater is a locally owned company and they stand-by their work. I would recommend them without reservation! You get a job well-done!

The service tech called before arriving and arrived within the time stated. Chip told me what to expect and took measurements. We reviewed the problem areas and he set to work, vacuuming first and then shampooing. The carpet looks bright and fresh again! I will continue to use Rug Beaters in the future and recommend them highly. Chip did a through job. I am very pleased.
