We had our gutters cleaned and gutter guards put on. Anthony was great letting us know everything that would happen and upfront about the costs. Start to finish, Anthony at Diversified Roofing took such good care of us. He was friendly, professional, pinpointed the issue, and offered us a few price points for the solutions they recommended. The day of the repairs, he was right on time, worked hard, and gave a thorough report when he was done. As a company, Diversified was great. If we ever need any other roof repairs, we're going to call Diversified and probably no one else. They've earned our trust and our business.

Diversified recently replaced the roof on our ranch house, and everyone we worked with was professional and accommodating. They were not the lowest quote we received, but also weren't the highest, and we felt their product knowledge and reputation was worth their price. They were incredibly helpful with all the questions we had in advance and made sure we were on the same page. They dropped off shingle samples of the colors we were looking at so we could see them in person and not just in the catalog.
Our roof was done in 1 day and included them removing 2 layers of existing shingles, replacing some plywood with water damage, removing an attic fan, replacing the roof (including adding a weather protective underlayment system), and cleaning up the property.

Had an awesome experience with this company. Had insurance adjuster out to inspect my roof, they said they would only cover a certain amount. I call Diversified Roofing and David Bowman came out. He took his time and looked over the adjusters estimates and measured for himself and actually knew all code requirements. We found that adjuster had actually measured roof incorrectly and left a WHOLE bunch of damage and repairs out!
He was able to get my insurance to cover my entire roof and skylights! Loved this company's work and they got everything done within a day! The company was very responsive and were very patient while we waited for insurance payout! Definitely will use them again!
