A picture is worth a thousand words - I'm completely shocked that a company specializing in gutters can do such poor installation (Please look at the pictures and decide for yourself if this is professional quality work to be proud of). They installed large gutters and downspouts which look great: but then they installed a drop outlet that is literally 30-40% smaller and gets clogged/doesn't work.
I attempted to address this issue with Great Northwest Gutters 3 weeks ago (before posting a negative review) and they've refused to address the problem. As a result, I'm warning readers to stay away from this company if they want functional gutters and responsive customer service. I replaced gutters when the previous ones were damaged by a tree strike last winter; but they had never clogged or overflowed in the previous 7 years. The new gutters from Great NW Gutters now clog and overflow under moderate rainfall with very minor debris

Great Gutters did a beautiful job on my home. It was a big job and painter was on time, cleaned up well everyday and open to a few extra things to be done. I would highly recommend this company. Best job I've ever had on a home.

These folks were fantastic! Reasonably priced, on time to scheduled services, quick but thorough, polite, and they were fantastic stewards of our home/gutters. Our house doesn't have fascia boards, so we struggled to find a company that would replace our gutters. These folks do it! AND the price of our new gutter installation included re-fitting the new downspouts in better locations PLUS taking away the old gutters. 100% recommend.

I can't speak highly enough about Great Northwest Gutters. Andy, the owner, was prompt, patient with my questions, and completely honest with his opinions about what would work best for my two story house and detached garage. The prior owner had installed some mediocre gutters which were near end of life. Andy recommended a different style gutter, larger size, and concealing mounting brackets which look a hundred times better than the last ones (and are stronger too).
When I requested if they could caulk the old nail holes when removing the old gutters, the response? No problem, happy to do that. Rafa and Juan Carlos arrived ontime the day of install, were professional, clean, and had a high attention to detail. Every measurement before cutting the new gutters on site was precise. This work was completed last fall, and after a true test with the typical rainy Portland winter we've had, I can attest that these gutters look and work great. I will only be using Pacific NW Gutters for any future gutter needs.
