We had low expectations when we lost hot water and water pressure in our shower two days before Christmas. Mike responded quickly, came out ON Christmas Eve, and had it fixed so fast (and in the middle of having guests over for the holidays). Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness!

Joey came out to our home in SE Portland and did an honest job with very reasonable pricing. We had two others come out who quoted us SEVEN times what Perfect Service charged. Joey was very helpful and easy to work with. When Mike answered the phone he was very nice and accommodated us the same day, even though they had an already very full schedule. I def recommend and will use again!

Mike came by in an emergency within an hour and literally saved our holiday - We wouldn't have been able to shower through a long holiday weekend without his help. He knew exactly what he needed and showed up with it. We are customers for life!

Mike has come to our rescue twice now. We first called on a Sunday evening with a serious issue and he was at our door first thing Monday morning at 7:00 AM. He saved our basement from flooding in no time at all. The total cost was $103.00, Even though he had a fully booked day he made the time to come by and fix our plumbing! Look no further!

My husband and I just bought an older house and decided to replace our toilet ourselves. Lets just say, it did not go well. Being after hours on a Saturday night we thought wed be bathroom-less for at least the night. We called Perfect Service Plumbing and left a message asking for help. Mike gave us a call back that same evening and was able to come by with in the hour. He was extremely friendly and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Needless to say, he will be the only plumber we call for anything in the future. I cannot recommend his company enough!

I replaced my kitchen sink and discovered a leak in a part of the drain which I was not comfortable fixing myself. Mike diagnosed the issue quickly and was extremely professional, nice, and reasonable to the extreme! I would recommend him to anyone!

I would highly recommend working with Mike at a Perfect Service for anything plumbing needs in the Portland area. He was responsive and timely with scheduling a call to install a new kitchen sink faucet. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue that caused our previous system to malfunction and did an amazing job installing the new faucet. You cant beat the prices and transparency, which you just cant find anywhere else.

The Perfect Service went above and beyond to quickly fix our toilet water line in SE Portland. It needed to be moved to accommodate a new toilet and Mike came out ASAP, fixed it for 1/4 of the price we were quoted from another plumbing company, and was so incredibly fast and helpful. Im a female & it can be annoying to try and talk to dudes about home repair because they have a tendency to give you the run around Mike did not. He seemed confident in my ability as a homeowner to try my own fix, but also didnt make me feel like an idiot when the problem was a simple shower head issue

Excellent service, very professional, explained everything really well, knew exactly what to do, went above and beyond to find the problem. A crushed drain pipe underground was the culprit. Mike offered ways to fix it and we are definitely going with him! His price was very reasonable for such fantastic knowledge and service! Thanks much Mike!

I live in Milwaukie and Mike came highly recommended. I had a block in my sewer at the main, he came out quickly and hydrojetted that baby clean! My husband was happy to learn we had no cracks or breaks and now the line is clean. His price is very reasonable. The mascot is really cute too!

I feel legitimately lucky to have selected Perfect Service. It can be a helpless feeling scrolling through the companies that Google shows you when you have a plumbing situation and zero expertise. I had a great experience start to finish. Mike was friendly and fast. The price was borderline unbelievable compared to the first company I called. I paid less than 10 percent what one of their competitors quoted me! I truly believe that some outfits try to take advantage of the emergency nature of plumbing problems. This is the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Mike came out and diagnosed the problem on a Sunday and we had a new working toilet on Monday! Joey did the removal and install. Excellent work! If you need any plumbing work, this is the place to go. I will definitely be using them for any other plumbing need.

It's right there in the name, The Perfect Service is truly the best. Mike and his team do very high quality work at very fair prices and best of all they are super communicative, punctual and really nice to work with.
