We called Lakeside after a very frustrating experience with another company. Our older furnace began stopping intermittently. After the first company was unable/unwilling to investigate the issue, I did a little research and called Lakeside. Their technician came out the same day, listened to my explanation of the problem, went downstairs, immediately found the issue, and had the furnace running again in a matter of minutes. at a price that was a fraction of what we were quoted from the other company. Needless to say, we will be using Lakeside from now on!

Good service from start to finish. When our furnace wasn't working properly we called Lakeside Heating. They made it easy to schedule a quick appointment. The serviceman was on time and professional. He found several issues. Since the furnace was 16 years old it wasn't worth repairing. Lakeside provided five written quotes for a new furnace the same day. Since we haven't every purchased a new furnace we took several days to research our options.

We then got several other quotes. Lakeside Heating had the best price and quickest installation scheduling. The installation crew showed up on time, did a good job, and explained everything. Later I couldn't get the digital thermostat app to work on my phone. The president of Lakeside Heating took the time to walk me through it on the phone and had me up and running in a couple minutes. This is the 2nd home we have used Lakeside Heating & Air Conditioning to upgrade our 20+ year old furnaces and AC. We may have to buy another house just so we can use them again. Bill, the owner is very knowledgeable in the latest equipment. He took a lot of time working with us and answering questions to ensure that we got exactly the system we wanted. It is amazing how much better this system works. It is so quiet we barely hear it running but the house no longer has cold spots and is able to maintain even temperatures. He was highly flexible in terms of installation because we had a major remodel going on and we wanted things done in a certain order. He and his team are reachable, which is a nice change. I cannot say enough good things about Lakeside Heating & A/C. I originally called Tony to for an estimate to replace our geriatric furnace and also add A/C. He gave me all the options and I promptly rolled them around for over a year - periodically emailing to ask questions (which he would gladly answer) and get an updated quote. Right when we decided to table it until our main floor remodel was underway, the furnace kicked the bucket during a snowstorm on New Years Day. Lakeside was our first call and both Bill and Tony were so quick to track down the heat pump we wanted in another state, get it moved to CO quickly, update our quote for the 6th or 7th time and, in under a week, we had a shiny new Duel Fuel system. The technicians were very communicative and skilled. Our inspector said "Oh yeah, Lakeside always does great work". Happy to recommend Lakeside to everyone!
