Services
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Our specialized cleaning process removes lint buildup from dryer lint screen to roof vent exhaust. High-pressure tools and powerful suction equipment ensure complete system de-linting. Regular maintenance prevents fire hazards, reduces energy consumption by improving airflow efficiency, and extends appliance lifespan while lowering homeowners' insurance risks.
Air Duct Cleaning
Professional HVAC duct cleaning removes dust, pollen, and debris using 250psi air jetting combined with industrial suction. This improves indoor air quality by eliminating allergens and enhances system efficiency through unobstructed airflow. Recommended annual maintenance maintains HVAC performance and reduces respiratory irritants in residential and commercial environments.
Residential Services
Tailored cleaning services for individual homes and homeowner associations. Our team handles single-family dwellings and multi-unit complexes with flexible scheduling. Services include roof vent access and post-construction debris removal to maintain safe, efficient ventilation systems for Colorado residences.
Commercial Services
Specialized maintenance for commercial properties including hair salons, veterinary clinics, and retail spaces. Our efficient service minimizes business disruption while meeting safety regulations. Regular cleaning maintains equipment warranties, reduces fire risks, and ensures compliance with health and safety standards for commercial establishments.
Multi-Unit Complexes
Comprehensive ventilation maintenance for apartment complexes and condominium associations. Streamlined coordination with property managers ensures complete system cleaning across all units. Scheduled maintenance improves tenant satisfaction, reduces insurance premiums, and maintains building-wide fire safety standards for multi-residential properties.

Report
Dave from Delintz did a great job cleaning out our 2 dryer vents. One dryer vent was in good shape. The other dryer vent had 37 years of dryer lint that had formed q;uite a plug. Our dryer repairman replaced a pulley, which he said was due to dryer lint. He recommended we call Delintz. He was correct. Thanks, Dave!

Dave was quick, knowledgeable, effective. Would highly recommend! We just moved into our home, and the washer and dryer came with it. I noticed the dryer wasn't drying at all. Figured it was lint blockage. Dave went in and found and cleared an old wasps nest! Very appreciative of his service.
