Overall it was good, but on the phone I was told the cost for a diagnostic was $99 and once they were here it was $150 (no parts were replaced). Also, they said it was working and it wasn't - the freezer never froze. Service was prompt and on time, but my freezer didn't work.
Note: my review was originally 3 stars but I added one star as they called to say my 3 star review would hurt their business, and that was not my goal. It their defense, I could have called them back and I'm sure they would have fixed it, I was just moving and in a big time crunch.

Tonny is a top notch guy. Called for an oven repair and he was here first thing the next morning. Quoted me a fair price over the phone, and completed the repair within 20 minutes.
Then he took a look at my ice maker and fixed a very simple issue… that another company tried to charge me $800 to fix!! It just needed a small manual adjustment.
I’m keeping Tommy’s card, he deserves the business. Integrity is hard to come by these days.

Tony’s Appliance Repair was outstanding. I called Tuesday evening and they were at my house by 8 AM the next morning. After diagnosing the issue, they quickly ran to a local warehouse for the part and had my refrigerator’s compressor fan fully repaired within two hours of arriving.
The fridge is now working perfectly. Tony was respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Hard to find that combination these days—highly recommend.

I called Tony because I have a trip coming up and didn't want to leave without my Whirlpool dryer working. He said he would come by after finishing a few other jobs, which I really appreciate. The service call was $99 and is applied toward the repair if you move forward, which I think is very fair.He ordered the part, and I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived before I left for my trip. Tony is professional, honest, and has fair prices. He'll even let you know if it's better to repair or replace your appliance. Highly recommend!

Tonny came out to help with a compressor issue on one of our vending machines. He was honest & truthful about everything he saw and did. We’re waiting on the manufacturer to send some additional details. And because the issue wasn’t resolved, he didn’t charge me a service call fee! Once we have everything I’ll be sure to call him again!

Communication and pricing were excellent! Tony showed up when he said he would, he texted to say he would be there in 15 minutes and he was, and then he only charged the service fee for a sock that was stuck in the dryer fan. Plus, he’s a really nice guy. I will definitely call Tony again for our appliance fix needs!

I called this morning for my fridge that quit cooling the day before, right when they opened. They called me right back and was able to be at my house timely. They diagnosed quickly that it was the compressor and was under warranty. They gave me the # to call LG to start the warranty process and went to the shop to get a compressor they had in stock. All in all from initial call, diagnosis, back to shop and back to my house to complete 3 hours.
Nice, honest guys. They even checked my oven and second fridge since they were here as I had issues and diagnosed quickly the issues/non issues.

I highly recommend Tonny's Appliance Repair. They responded quickly and were able to set up an appointment right away.
The technicians were knowledgeable and were able to figure out and repair the issue with our dryer, and they figured out a work around to repair a piece that we broke trying to fix the dryer ourselves. We were also impressed with how careful and precise they were throughout the whole repair (for example, setting the dryer drum on the flat side).

What a refreshing experience it was dealing with Tony! From scheduling to diagnosing the problem his honestly and integrity stood out! He was prompt, explained what the problem was and all options to deal with and recommended the least expensive first. I have found my go to guy for any and all appliance issues.

Called Tony late last night to fix an issue with our (nearly brand new) LG fridge because LG had quoted us an insane amount for a small fix to our water line. We're incredibly happy with the service from Tonny's Appliance Repair. We realized we had an issue with our refrigerator on a Friday, and they were out to examine it Monday morning. Tonny and Juan were polite and thoughtful; they quickly diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator and replaced the faulty fan. Now it's working perfectly. Tony came out because our washing machine started leaking. Appreciate him coming out the next day even though he’s super busy. He was able to quickly figure out what the problem was; but unfortunately had to suggest that it be replaced - to be fair it’s about 14-years old. His estimate and time frame for a temp fix was reasonable, his estimate to fully replace the motor (which is starting to go) was also reasonable; but really appreciate his sincerity and honesty in being direct and just suggesting that the unit be replaced. He was super helpful in providing suggestions for a replacement and shared stories on what brands give him the most problems and what those problems are. Also appreciate that he took the time to fully assemble the machine and leave it as he found it, took the time to check on the dryer, and cleaned the work area before he left. Will certainly call Tony in the future if any appliances acts up.
