I recently had Buffalo Glass Block install a few windows for my basement. The man who came to give the quote was very prompt, prepared, not pushy, and gave an immediate reasonable quote. Jim came to do the install and communicated what he was going to do well, asked which window to do first due to the noise, asked for me to inspect the work multiple times, and did a great overall job. Highly recommend this business.

Joe from Buffalo Glass block windows did a fantastic job and he was super conscientious about my pets. He was very careful not to let them out and seemed to really enjoy my little dog even though she spent most of his time barking. She just tries to protect her house! He did a nice neat job and was careful about not tracking lots of snow in even though the short route to the basement was blocked with snow. He arrived right within the promised window. The guys at Buffalo Glass Block especially James always gave me plenty of notice when they had to postpone for weather. Thanks everyone!

Buffalo Glass Block is a top-rate business. We had excellent customer service from first contact through installation. We purchased two glass block windows with vents. The installer, Eric, arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. He provided quality work and thorough clean-up after. Our windows look great and improved the appearance of our home. We highly recommend!

Had to have window in garage replaced due to an issue and glass block was the choice, secure and lets plenty of light in. Called Buffalo Glass Block and they came out with-in a short time for estimate, other work had to be performed before window could be installed, office called and we set up install date with-in reason. Bill and Lila arrived on time and before you knew it, window was installed, area cleaned up, great job by two installers. I would recommend Buffalo Glass Block any time, Thank you

Buffalo Glass Block has an excellent team - Jim Schimpf gave an accurate estimate and John Dray, the Installer, did a phenomenal job. John was on-time, provided skilled/high-quality workmanship, proper clean-up, and was very pleasant. We are very pleased with the windows - secure, good light and ventilation, and they look great! Well done Buffalo Glass Block - highly recommended!

Buffalo Glass Block was amazing from start to finish. The quoting process was easy. They worked with me to do larger vents than normal, as I wanted the ability to have more airflow. The installers Eric & Austin were awesome. They showed up on time, were friendly awesome guys. Courteous, did an awesome job doing 12 oversized windows in one day. Cleaned up all the debris and hauled away the old windows. A++ recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!
