I did not check "on time" because the service person was delayed by heavy traffic due to the presence of President Biden in the Seattle area. This same service person performed the annual inspection of our furnace last summer. We were extremely pleased then as we were with the required thermostat replacement during this visit. Olson energy did a fantastic job they replaced my gas furnace with a new Carrier model 90+ efficient. The ducting needed realignment; professional team did all the modifications. Now I can access the furnace ancillary parts including the condensate pump. The team cleaned up the furnace room and left it cleaner than it was before!

Our furnace went out during the recent cold snap and we called Olsen energy for help. They said they could send someone over that day as they had a cancellation. When the repair person arrived, I took him down to the furnace. I told him what was going on and then he started measuring the furnace and taking pictures of the ductwork before even taking off the panel and trying to find the problem. I thought that was strange but left him to figure it out.
I came back 10 minutes later Andy asked if he found anything. He then proceeded to tell me that the furnace was too old and they couldn't work on it. He didn't tell me what was wrong and said I needed a new furnace and then told me a salesman would get hold of me. He then said I owed him a 165 dollar service charge and left after I paid him. I never leave reviews but the service I received left a pretty bad taste in my mouth

Started with Olson in 1990, when they delivered the heating oil for the house tank. A couple-three years later they pulled out the oil furnace and installed a new gas furnace. And about 24 years later, that was updated to a newer, more efficiency, and better build gas one.
