Pekel Construction has been associated with the residential construction industry for four generations. We spend a lot of time researching when we are in the market for goods or services. Living on the East Side in a historically significant home and maintaining its integrity is extremely important to us. As much as we liked the house we just didn't love it, it didn't exactly fit our needs. We wanted to add a family room, a bedroom with a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom, which would total over an additional 600-sq. Our 1950's kitchen was the only thing that we didn't like about our home, it was dark and dull and didn't meet our needs.
