This was our first time using Austin plumber and I'm sure glad we did! Pete came out and installed a new shower head/ and turn nob. He also had to fix a cracked pipe. Not only was he very professional and friendly he did an amazing job! He finished in a more than timely manner and was extremely polite! After he was finished and I checked everything out I offered to clean up and he told me no worries and cleaned up! I am extremely satisfied with Austin plumbing and Pete!

Dino was here to do our yearly review of the plumbing system in our house. We have had Austin Plumbing doing this for the last several years. Dino was very thorough in everything task he performed. When he was finished, he went through everything that he did from the basement to the second story bathroom, and explained in detail what he found. We appreciated his professionalism.

Clogged drain on second floor bathroom. Called Austin's. Easy scheduling, picked a date, received confirmation call day prior and day of. The technician, Dino, was prompt and friendly. Showed me a pricing breakdown for the services, fixed the issue and took payment after the work was completed. Gave us a small discount because the job went quick. Would recommend and use again. Love this company - They do it all! Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and overall pleasant to work with. Every employee from this company that has stepped foot on our property has been fantastic. We have used their services for almost 5 years now. Our favorite technician is definitely Mitch! He goes beyond the scope of his services to meet the needs of his clients every time. Erik has also personally reached out to follow up with multiple services in addition.

Erik did a fantastic job replacing our 20 year old electric water heater. He explained things well and took time to answer questions. Work site was left clean as well when finished. Very satisfied with the service and would certainly recommend Austin Plumbing. Pete has done an outstanding job with our bathroom remodel plumbing. Excellent attention to detail and great problem solving skills. Our very old house presented some plumbing challenges that Pete handled in stride and with wisdom. Again, very satisfied with Austin Plumbing services and crew.

Pete was great. He worked most of the day to install a new water heater, repair the main shut off valve and install a shut off for an outdoor spigot. He clearly explained the work done and even installed a shower head for me quickly on his way out the door. Very profesional and did quality work. Much appreciated. Service: Water heater installation

Austin Plumbing did the plumbing on our house when it was built in 1993 and we have used them ever since for maintenance and repair. We use their Diamond Club service so we get an annual inspection which had prevented a lot of issues. They are always friendly, on time, thorough and never leave a mess. Highly recommended
