I don't typically give Google reviews, but we had a poor experience with this company. I called in early July to schedule an estimate and they were booked a month out. The consultant came out to give an estimate at the beginning of August. They took down our details and said they would follow up in about a week. Two weeks later, no updates. I've called in multiple times and there's been no follow up.
I had another company do a bid today, already signed, put a down payment, and on the schedule. I wouldn't recommend just due to the lack of response. It's possible they're busy, but serious red flags due to the lack of follow-up.
