Not very helpful at all. Not interested in helping the HOME owner get individual items for there home. They actually told me to go to Jerry's down in eugene. We would prefer to HELP our community but they won't get it from us. And I'm making sure I let Everyone know!

Awesome people, awesome place! I was looking for a very unique older door that I wasn't able to find anywhere. Called Bashful Bob's figuring it was a long shot. I assumed that being a local company they would likely have some high markup, or only do random custom orders. As a pleasant surprise, they were absolutely wonderful through the whole process. They were able to find the exact door and color I was looking for, and as an added bonus, they were cheaper than the few other places I finally managed to find that could order them for me. Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me VIP service even though my purchase was small. Would definitely recommend, very nice family!

Very pleased with our new windows from bashful Bob's not only did Jim come out and measure everything and explain all the options to us he also worked with our schedule and was able to have them installed earlier than originally scheduled, he also handled all the rebate work for us through energy program I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality, friendly knowledgeable service Great people to work with.
