They took out the existing 140,000 BTU furnace and 2 1/2 air conditioner which kept the house remarkably comfortable and replaced it with a 80,000 BTU furnace and a 3 ton air conditioner. In the winter time we have to run space heaters to keep the back bedrooms warm. In the summer time the air would run only a few minutes and the house would be humid and uncomfortable, they came out several times and shut off a vent in the living room, slowed down the blower motor and set the thermostat to wait an extra degree before running; all in an effort to compensate for the 3 ton air conditioner which is too big for the house. They refuse to stand behind their guarantee that their product will heat and cool the house to the customer satisfaction or be replaced at no charge. OH, HOW I WISH ID OF GONE TO ANOTHER COMPANY!
