The two young men that were here were polite and professional. The job took longer than expected but they made sure it was done right and explained what was done. Excellent service! We had what we thought might be an urgent issue with our water heater. Fortunately for us, there had been a cancelation on their end, and they were able to send someone over right away. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Had a 2nd floor shower leaking all the way into the basement. Jorge was able to come out the next day and immediately identified the problem. He was incredibly nice and chill yet professional, and best of all was able to fix the issue immediately. No up-selling or exaggeration of the issue. Would definitely go with Paluska again.

Pulaski has the best plumbers! Ethan was awesome! professional, polite, & so very kind. Ethan was on time, worked with a sense of urgency, replaced a faucet. & repaired another. He went over his work with me to make sure I was satisfied. The work spaces were left super clean & tidy. He gave me a complete price for approval before he started the work. Great employee partners make great companies.

I’m so happy with the service I received. From the office to the technicians, everyone was so kind and professional. I called first thing in the morning to let them know my water heater had gone out and they were able to give me an appointment for later that afternoon. Ethan went above and beyond to educate me on my vintage plumbing system.
Explaining the different materials used several decades ago and the advantages disadvantages of these materials.
What seemed to be an absolute major complex job. Was throughly explained and extraordinarily quoted ‘minus ($4500)’ extraordinary. Previous salesman had stated the necessary job was going to be a major, and complex endeavor. Amounting to nearly $5,000 - as it turns out, over time the industry has evolved from flexible coper tubing to rigid tubing. So the “damage” to the tube is simply the way old- timers articulated the tube to avoid installing fittings…. Since the older tubing presented no operational issues, It does not need to be reworked.
This highlights the level of experience, knowledge, and honesty that the plumbers carrying the “Paluska Plumbing” badge offer!!!
