I was charged $875 for 1.5 hours of work. The plumber replaced the toilet handle and a shower carttridge. When I called to complain about the charges, "Larry" laughed at me for not knowing better. The job was significantly over charged and the customer service was rude.

J was professional. He took his time and was very informative. We had a leak from our outside faucet that required him to go through the living room wall to access. You can tell he was experienced and wanted to do the job perfectly. We need more businesses with this level of integrity. Services: Plumbing leak repair, Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet installation

I had a fantastic experience with service technician Kaleb Robbins! He took the time to hear my concerns and as well as provide details to give me additional knowledge about my concerns. He had everything needed to update my broken kitchen sink faucet with a very nice Moen model option to choose from. He also checked on my concerns regarding low water pressure that 2 previous service technicians from other companies told me the water pressure was fine.

With my permission he did some research and was able to find the issue. pressure valve on the water heater was worn out (2004 - way over due) and quickly replaced it. Now I have fantastic water pressure all throughout the house. Will definitely use PF Plumbing and request Kaleb for any future plumbing issues.

Jarrett & Matthew replaced an old, wornout outside hose bib and plumbing line leading to it with frost resistant parts. We were very happy with the replacement as the old faucet leaked and was wobbly. They left the work site neat and tidy, as well. The team was very professional and courteous and we enjoyed working with them. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

Kaleb did a whole house plumbing inspection and drained my water heater. He was on time, efficient, helpful, professional, and very personable. He explained what tests he was performing and answered all by questions. The company is lucky to have such a dedicated employee.
