Not the cheapest but that is okay as long as the quality is there. The new furnace looks clean, takes up less space, and works. Daryl did the initial inspection and the overall fix - both times he was great. The thing that wasn't okay is that the new installation came with a gas leak. The union for one of the gas pipes wasn't seated correctly following install. I went down to my basement where the furnace is located the day after the job and the smell of gas was awful and I had to turn off the gas/furnace.
The techs did come out and fix the leak the next morning (14 hours after I called about it), unfortunately resulting in another cold night. Paying nearly $5,000 I would expect a full safety check from the installation crew prior to their departure.

Daryl from Krane was very professional and helpful. My furnace control board burned out and he showed up the same day, made a short term fix to ensure we're comfortable over a couple really hot days. He ordered a new board and replaced within a short time. Very satisfied. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system repair

What started with a maintenance tune up quickly turned into a replacement. Things get old and sometimes you have to make the call on replacing rather than sinking money into an old unit. Krane was great the entire process. Service: Installation

Service guy came out same day I called. Furnace was bad, he scheduled for replacement the next day. They came early, did the work, cleaned up and gone in 3 hrs. Awesome job. Service: Heating system installation

I had Krane install a humidifier and provide maintenance to my furnace. There was a little miscommunication with a part that was needed but once it was brought to Jeff's attention, they rectified the issue right away. Thank you for resolving the issue!

What a relief, and pleasure, to wake up to a warm house this morning. We've had furnace issues since, literally, the day we moved in, in 2017. We seemed to be rebuilding the furnace, with new parts, Every year. Then, another problem arose 2 days before Christmas! I couldn't believe it, yet I could. 2 weeks ago, I decided to try a new company, based on excellent reviews--Krane H&C. From the owner Jeff, techs Bryan and Darryl, office admin Courtney, to Bob and Charlie--who installed my new high efficiency furnace, yesterday--Everyone was so nice, very experienced, and accommodating. Thank you, Krane!
