I used Durable Roofing for installation of a new roof. The customer service is outstanding and the work was done very effiently and the workers were very polite and hard working. They cleaned up so well I wouldn't even know they were here. I recommend them for great service for a good price and close to home Service: Roof installation

I'm in the process of renovating my basement. Upon removing the walls and ceiling, I noticed water dripping during a rain storm. After investigating, a contractor who replaced my chimney, identified that the rubber boot which is supposed to be around the plumbing exhaust pipe protruding from the roof was missing. My roof was installed by Durable Roofing and, apparently, they missed installing the rubber boot.
I've contacted them 4 times, over 3 weeks, and have spoken to someone in their office about coming out to rectify the issue. I received a call back, once, from a gentleman who stated that he would come out the following day. However, he never showed. This is poor customer service and disturbing because it doesn't seem that they stand behind their work. Why do I need to beg and plead for Durable Roofing to correct this issue?

Used them for a complete tear off and they did a horrible job. Roof was leaking which caused interior damage after the new roof was put on. After several calls, someone finally came months later and repaired the outside. They did nothing about the ceiling inside. They were super fast when it came doing a contract for the job and to collect money before the work was done tho.

This place needs New Management. They don't return phone calls for estimates. I've been trying to get someone to come out and give me a estimate on my roof since June and still haven't gotten a call back and I called several times. So I went with another company and they did a terrible Job on my roof. So I tried to call Durable again this week and still no return phone calls. They're so unprofessional

Very affordable pricing, yet top notch quality work! I was able to request a specific shingle that I researched and they were more then happy to special order it! They also replaced my soffit and Fascia and that work was done perfectly! Really changed the look of my house and increased the curb appeal! I will definitely be using them again next spring to redo my siding!
