After 20 years in the corporate design world, Leeann Heininger opened her first home furnishings and interior designer studio in Oak Park on Lake Street in 2002. She and her team of professional designers work with clients to create the home they love. Today Fringe Home Design is located on South Blvd. in the historic Arcade Building. We offer full-service interior design, custom draperies and Hunter Douglas blinds and shades, and wonderful high quality furnishings and decor selected to reflect your personal style.

Owner Leeann Heininger fulfilled a life-long dream when she opened her first home furnishings and interior design studio in Oak Park-River Forest, Il in 2002. Today, Fringe is located in the historic Arcade Building on South Blvd. in beautiful downtown Oak Park. With more than 30 years of design experience, Leeann has worked successfully with a broad range of clients in the Oak Park, River Forest, Chicago and the western suburbs, along with the surrounding states.Leeann started her career at the Northern Trust Company, where she worked for 17 years.
