Rich Sr. Came for the in home consult and was very friendly and professional. He listened to our design, performance and budget requests and advised the best path for our home. Dave and Joe came to install the new furnace and were polite and friendly, gave a through explanation of the work and the product and answered all questions. I would strongly recommend anyone with HVAC, fireplace or solar projects to reach out to Burlington Fireplace, a top notch family owned business.

Would highly recommend! Chris, Bob, Todd and Dave were professional and respectful of me and my home. They cleaned after each day and ensured I knew the process and respected my decisions, They are very helpful in making choices. In fact, they were extremely helpful at the onset of this project until the very end.

We had our wood stove installed a couple weeks ago and are very pleased with the whole process. Our sales guy John was very helpful in the quoting and setup of the purchase. Then, the day of the install went smoothly, (at least from customer perspective!) and efficiently. Less than a work-day later, Luke and Mason had our stove up and functional. It looks beautiful in our living room, and since then, we can also say it works beautifully! Thanks!
