Opener Installation
We install advanced garage door opener systems featuring belt and chain drive mechanisms with smart home integration capabilities. Our technicians program security codes, adjust travel limits, and test safety sensors during installation. We offer battery backup systems and Wi-Fi-enabled models for remote monitoring and operation through mobile applications.
Spring Replacement
Our spring replacement service includes precision measurement and installation of torsion and extension springs with proper tension calibration. We use high-cycle springs rated for 20,000+ operations to ensure longevity. The process includes hardware inspection, track alignment verification, and safety cable installation to contain broken springs.
Commercial Doors
We provide heavy-duty commercial door solutions for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and retail spaces. Our services include installation of high-speed roll-up doors, sectional overhead doors, and fire-rated door assemblies. We maintain compliance with OSHA and local building codes while optimizing for energy efficiency and operational durability.
Insulated Doors
Our insulated door installations feature steel construction with polyurethane insulation achieving R-values up to 16.3. These doors maintain temperature control in garages while reducing energy transfer to living spaces. The spring on our garage door broke. I called and they were able to fix it that same day. Great service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Purchased top of the line opener last year. A year later, it stops working. called to have it serviced. Serviceman said the sensor near the floor was slightly bent so it would not line up with the adjacent sensor for door to work. Charged me $79 for the service call and then $33 IN LABOR TO UNBEND THE METAL SENSOR BY HAND! (maybe 3 seconds of work)

I was quoted a price of $352.49 for installation with one remote installed. Upon completion bill was $372.28. When I questioned the amount I was told quoted price didn't include tax. Satisfied with installation. Very dissatisfied with amount added on to quoted price. The whole idea of getting a quote is to know the cost BEFORE work is started. Would not recommend.

The spring to my garage door broke and Jeff was my technician. He gave me a courtesy call 20 minute prior to arriving, which I appreciated very much. Once here, he worked quickly and politely. Jeff even gave me tips on maintenance for my garage door. I will definitely be calling them again if needed.
