After Brad Smith Roofing completed some work on our roof, it resulted in a poster sized hole in my bedroom ceiling. I notified them on May 27 of the damage. I was told that they would get back with me to schedule a date to repair, since I was not the only one in my complex with the same issue. Weeks go by with no communication. So I called June 10 to get an update. I was told that the person in charge of the repairs went on vacation and won't be back until the 21st.

How does one go on vacation knowing that he has people waiting on him to contact them about damage that the company created. Had I not called the main office, I would have not known about this. Very disappointed in the lack of communication with this company.

Called 12/2 to schedule appointment to get roof replaced. Salesman came out 12/8. Very friendly, showed up on time. Said he would send me a quote. 12/14 I had not received anything yet so I called in. They said they would get back to me as soon as possible As of today 1/23 almost 2 months later I have not heard from anyone. I would not recommend Brad Smith Roofing.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Had to reschedule multiple times. Finally set a date and time and was a no show! Don't call/hire these guys.

Called several times to receive my estimate.and still have not received it! I was also told they could not do my 30 minute job for 2+ months. Meanwhile rain was pouring into the house. Absolutely ridiculous company!

Absolute worst roofing company I have dealt with. Their repair has not stopped the leaking in my LIVING ROOM. hired them to repair another leak in the back of my house signed them on in March of 2021 and they have not made it out to do the work. DO NOT RECOMEND THIS ROOFING COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

Dan Lavelle in the Commercial Division is the most responsive contractor I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He has gone above and beyond in helping with our roof issues on a very old building. He will not stop until he gets to the source of the problem. If you want someone reliable and trustworthy, Dan is the guy for you. Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Gutter repair
