I had a great experience with Smart Enterprises who replaced a windshield on a company car. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I've lived in Durango over 30 years, and somehow it never clicked that these guys did framing! A friend recommended them and they didn't disappoint! Tom was on vacation when I went in, but Malaika gave me her complete attention, even though she was crazy busy. I then got a follow up call from Tom and every step of the process was great. Tom is so enjoyable and the art my friends had given me for my birthday now pops with its beautiful, simple frame. Definitely 5 star service!

Earlier this spring my husband and I came in to talk about a fireplace for our home that is currently under construction. Malaika, (I believe was her name) was very short with us and seemed to be distracted. We ended up leaving without a purchase and feeling dumbfounded. This seems to be the norm for Durango though. We did find a company just north of them that was very attentive, and purchased our fireplace from them instead.
