We needed a truck in a pinch and could not find one locally ANYWHERE. We were getting concerned we'd have to drive very far to find a rental truck. Luckily for Ted's Rental they had a truck for us on the fly. Although we did not need anything else, they had a beautiful store with tons of tools, manual and heavy-duty, as well as a lot of decorative furniture, paint, rows of hardware, etc., pretty cool store with lots to offer.

New to the area and wanting to rent a tiller, the salesperson was very helpful in getting me setup with the equipment I needed for the job. It was a larger tiller than I expected and so I was able to use a trailer as well. Once I started into the job, I could see that the salesperson was right on track with what size equipment was required. What I appreciate most was the staff helping me understand why I needed what I needed and them helping me figure out how best help me get the job done quickly.

Rented concrete machine for one day ended up using for 2. When I go to return it on Tuesday after Memorial Day guy charges me for 4 days. Dude said I rented it at 8 am Friday and couldn't get me the weekend rate so he charged me for Monday and Tuesday for bringing it at 8:15 am. Blames his computer so he couldn't do anything to not change the fee. Small town getting all they can from people that aren't from here. Shame

The top item for repeat customers. Honesty, and clear communications. The folks at Teds have this. The team at Teds takes time to help each individual. One can tell the managment team understands helping, and how this impacts repeat business. Refreshing to experience a non rushed environment.
