Had them fabricate new railings. I supplied the metal balusters, 200 of them. They had 23 left over. I tried over a 3 month period to get them returned. I went by there office 4 times and each time they said they didn't have them, they were down in there shop. I asked for refund of the cost for missing balusters. They refused. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They never responded to them either. Not good!

I had the pleasure of working with TJs Wood Products - Colorado Custom Log Home Builders, and have seen first-hand the excellent skill and craftsmanship they put into every log that is milled directly from their "backyard" - their main office sits directly within the Pike National Forest. The moment I stepped onto the property, I knew i was going to be in the right hands. They love handcrafting logs and that passion shines through with every project they work on, from fireplace mantels to custom commercial buildings in excess of 10,000 sq. ft.
