We had a positive interaction with Cascade Heating through another business and they were able to come out faster than other companies so we decided to go with them. We primarily worked with Cole and James throughout the process. Everyone we interacted with was very professional and kind. The AC we had installed is working great. There were a few hiccups along the way but James was extremely professional in getting everything sorted out and taken care of.
Anything can go wrong during a big project like this and we are glad it happened under their care because they handled it well and took great care of us. Everyone was very up front about costs, timing and any extra work needed, which is hard to find these days. Thanks to everyone at Cascade Heating for helping us out!

I hired cascade heating for my new home wlth heat pump and air handler. Installer was great with specific tips. Annual maintenance fine tuning was not rushed until features fully functional.
