Commercial Roofing

Spray-Tec delivers durable commercial roofing solutions, including repairs, restoration, and new installations. Our spray-applied systems offer energy efficiency, leak prevention, and 1020-year warranties. Ideal for flat or low-slope roofs, these systems reduce lifecycle costs and qualify for Cool Roof Status.

Spray Foam Insulation

Our spray foam insulation enhances energy efficiency for commercial and industrial buildings. Available in open-cell and closed-cell options, it seals air leaks, reduces energy costs, and suits diverse structures like warehouses, barns, and distilleries.

Industrial Coatings

Spray-Tecs industrial coatings protect concrete and metal surfaces with epoxy, urethane, and polyurea systems. These solutions resist chemicals, abrasion, and slip hazards, ideal for factories, garages, and food-processing facilities.

Roof Restoration

We restore aging roofs using spray-applied systems that extend lifespan without full replacement. Services address leaks, weather damage, and wear, offering cost-effective alternatives for metal, EPDM, and single-ply roofs.

Tank Insulation

Our tank insulation systems prevent energy loss and condensation in water, chemical, and bourbon storage tanks. Fluid-applied linings ensure durability and compliance with industry standards for industrial and agricultural clients.

Great team. If you want to see what shape your commercial roof is really in, I highly recommend the team at Spray-Tec. Did high quality scans of our roofs, and provided detailed and visual reports. Their knowledge, expertise, and reports are helping us plan and justify our upcoming budgets. They also provided various options for repairs and replacements, as well as other interesting products like their exposed duct coating.

The whole Spray-Tec Crew does an excellent job, from helping to identify the best solution to fast and professional application. Can't say enough great things about Spray-Tec and their team! They just finished another great insulation project for us in Shelbyville. Service: Roof installation

Paid almost double of what my local "good ol' boy" spray foam company quoted. It was worth every penny, they were the most professional workers I have seen in years. The local guy could not have done close to as good of a job as Spray-Tec did. The spray foam team arrived exactly when they said they would, did a fantastic job, cleaned up and left the site better than when they arrived. It is so nice to find a company that does what it says they are going to do and go above and beyond. Can't recommend enough!

Quote and on-site survey was quick and informative. They were very responsive to us and we received phone calls, texts and email through the entire project. A+ on communication. On-site crew was quick, professional, and even cleaned the site as if they were never there. A+ on project execution. The entire project exceeds our expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

WOW! I couldn't say enough about the business of Spray-Tec. The people that I've dealt with there have been very helpful, knowledgeable, also gotten back with us, guided us thorough. The product is absolutely the best. We had the envelope done. We also had foam sprayed before the concrete went down. The owner Roger is awesome. He took time to meet with us one on one a couple times to make sure we understood what product was best for our project. The friendliest, patience and knowledge that Anthony and Wesley have is unbelievable. Thank you all so much for everything. You won't be disappointed in choosing Spray-Tec!
