Chem-Dry Of Louisville Carpet Cleaning

Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method deeply cleans carpets using 80% less water than steam cleaning. The carbonation process lifts embedded dirt and allergens for thorough removal. Carpets dry in hours instead of days, reducing mold risk while extending carpet lifespan through gentle, residue-free cleaning.

P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) destroys urine odors at the molecular level. Using UV light detection, we target odor sources deep in carpets and subfloors. The treatment breaks down urine crystals over 24-36 hours, permanently eliminating pet odors rather than masking them with fragrances.

We detect moisture sources and extract standing water using industrial equipment. Our low-moisture approach prevents mold growth while restoring damaged areas. The process includes structural drying and sanitization to protect health and preserve property integrity during water damage recovery.

Specialized services for businesses maintain professional environments with minimal disruption. Our 80% faster drying times allow immediate workspace reuse. The allergen-reducing process improves indoor air quality while protecting commercial carpet investments through deep-cleaning without harsh chemicals.

Protectant forms a molecular barrier against spills and stains. Applied after cleaning, it repels liquids before they penetrate fibers. This extends time between professional cleanings while maintaining appearance and performance of carpets and upholstery through daily wear.

Our Hot Carbonating Extraction uses 80% less water and carbonation to lift dirt, drying carpets in hours instead of days. Steam cleaning uses more water with longer drying times and potential mold risks.

Yes, our P.U.R.T. treatment destroys urine crystals at the molecular level. The process permanently eliminates odors rather than masking them with fragrances, even for severe or hidden contamination.

Independent testing confirms our method reduces common allergens like pet dander and dust mites by 98%. The low-moisture process also prevents mold growth that could exacerbate respiratory conditions.

Our primary solution contains no harsh soaps or chemicals. The Natural is eco-friendly and safe for families, with no sticky residues that could attract dirt or harm sensitive individuals.

Most homes complete in 2-4 hours. Drying times average 1-2 hours due to our low-moisture method, compared to 1-2 days required for traditional steam cleaning processes.

Chem-Dry is the only carpet cleaning services I will use. I have several rentals and as soon as I have a vacant property its imperative I get it back on the market and rented out ASAP. Chem-Dry is quick and responsive. They do a great job cleaning carpets and the price is definitely affordable. Ive had a few carpets that I thought I might have to replace but when Chem-Dry shows up and does their magic on the carpet its amazing. They can take a carpet that appears dirty beyond repair and make it appear almost brand new. Im amazed.

Professional and thorough. Chem-Dry is an excellent product and is much better for carpets than steam cleaning.

We had some heavy soiling of our carpets with 4 kids and 2 dogs. The gentleman from Chem Dry showed up promptly, he was masked and very professional. I thought we would have to buy new carpets, but I wanted to try this first. The carpets look AMAZING. Really brand new. It didn't take long and it was very affordable. I will definitely use again.

Had my hardwood floors cleaned and polished this week. They look amazing! I have used this company for 20+ years. Would highly recommend for carpet/floor cleaning.

We had a great experience with ChemDry of Louisville! They were excellent in working around our schedule. The technician was extremely patient, friendly, efficient and educated us on the process. We have four very large dogs and he did not act as if that was a big deal whatsoever. It is their house, they let us live there too though. LOL. The technician was patient as we corralled them out of the house, which they don't like.

He was also very attentive to our home and avoided as much tracking in, etc. with himself and the equipment as is possible. Honestly there was no tracking in or out of anything! The price was very reasonable. We will definitely be using ChemDry of Louisville again!

Everything was great. Showed up on time, great personality, wonderful job on entire house with no surprise charges. Will definitely use them again.

On time, professional, pleasant, effective. More expensive than steam cleaning, but also does a better job. Some tough dirt in the furniture, and got almost all of it out. Will definitely use again.

Chem Dry is absolutely the very best in all ways, cleaning our home for 25 plus years, work performed is impeccable, personality and friendliness is beyond then best. There is none other to compare to Chem Dry of Louisville and recommend them highly. We are certain every client would feel the same way!

With two little boys and a 16 year old dog our carpets see a lot of wear and tear! Chem-Dry did a wonderful job! They are thorough, dependable and very courteous. will definitely be using them again!

My first time having upholstery cleaned, and it was a great experience. The technician was on-time, fast, thorough, and professional. I would definitely hire them to clean my furniture again! Highly recommend Chem-Dry if you are looking for upholstery cleaners in Louisville.

I loved the Chem-Dry carpet cleaning process. I researched to find the best process to eliminate the smell of pet urine and found Mike at Chem-Dry. He did a great job and totally eliminated the urine smell. Plus our carpet looks great too. I highly recommend their services.

After being let down by COIT and another company (they never showed up to the scheduled appointments), I was feeling desperate and hopeless about finding a good company to clean my couch. I called Chem-Dry and they were very polite and their pricing was awesome! Gary came out and cleaned my couch and I was amazed at how quick and efficient he was. I am so satisfied with this family-owned business and have already recommended them to many people. My couch has been restored after being damaged by urine, and I couldn't be more pleased!

We recently bought a house and the sellers left it very dirty especially the basement carpet. We planned to remodel the first floor so we were going to live in the basement. Replacing basement carpet was not in our budget. I asked around about carpet cleaning companies. My friends daughter said we should give Chem-Dry of Louisville a try. She used them and was very pleased. I didn't think the very soiled carpet could be cleaned to satisfy me but I gave them a try and couldn't believe the good results. Chem-Dry did a great job. He was very thorough and I didn't have soaking wet carpet. It dried very quickly and budget friendly.

Chem dry is magical and the only company I will have clean my carpets. Many of u know how nasty my store carpeting gets, but putting in hardwood or anything else is very time consuming, and difficult to install as some of my cabinets are not movable. I learned from chem dry that the dirt and black spots I get is from dirt, bonding to soap residue.( prior to using chem dry) they use no soap with nasty artificial odors. the chemical that cleans has no smell, and the cleaning is fabulous. and if I were really on top of things, when the carpet does get a spill or a black spot on it, all I really need to do is scrub lightly with a clean white rag. Gone. In tough times I have also used my personal " shampooer" and only put water in it, and the results were astounding! Water was disgusting! So I can't say enough about Chem dry except to use them!

Wonderful experience. They went above and beyond to help me restore my carpets from odor caused by a sick cat. He was very realistic in what I could expect, and the end results were above and beyond. Highly recommend!

They actually arrived ten minutes early for a mid-day appointment! They came in, got right to work and cleaned a lot of carpet in about two hours time -- and a great job. Our stairways looked the best they've looked in a long time.

I have been using Chemdry of Louisville on my personal residence for a decade as well as my nicer rental properties. Great service and results that last! The owners do the work themselves and are responsive and trustworthy!
