I had warranty work done which for some companies is low on the priority list. Shelby in the office was pleasant to speak with she gave me a date for the work to be done. Adam their service tech showed up on time fixed the issue and was gone.

12/29/21 A couple guys came to fix my garage door. Charged me $400, check written. Few minutes later they say need more parts. Wrote another check for $192. Few minutes later they say door wasn't installed properly to begin with (by another company). So they want me to pay more money. Needless to say, I question their competency and $600 and 2 wks later, my garage door is still broken!

My door wouldn't open so I call them. I get that there was an emergency price so I paid it. However when the spring on my door broke the second time only 2 days later and they still charged me. It was the issue that I called on the first time. I had another garage door expert confirm my suspicions. Furthermore, on the second visit call the technician was very unprofessional. Not only did he back on part of my yard but he beeped the horn instead of coming to my door.

He was blasting music and smoking too after he knew that I was waiting. And the real kicker was he lied about the spring being faulty after their previous tech had been there. Moral of this story: they're overpriced, shady and unprofessional!

We had a new overhead garage door opener installed today. Adam was our technician. He was very competent and did a great job. He was also pleasant and easy to deal with. We are very pleased that we chose them and are very satisfied. We would highly recommend them.
