Called in because I was having trouble dealing with my energy bills being higher than normal as I live in a mountain valley (Heber) at a higher elevation than Salt Lake City, was very impressed to find out that they were just the right people help me lower my energy bills. Talking with the local energy provider was useless. My current house location didn't permit geothermal but Sound Geothermal helped me find other energy efficiency measures that helped reduce my overall energy use!" "Gave me advice on saving energy, had no idea what an ERV was until they explained it to me. Why on earth would you NOT install one in EVERY HOME!?"
