This was the first time I had to use a restoration company, and my experience could not have been better! Tim Barney, the project manager, was exceptionally well organized and very personable. He was in frequent contact with me and returned my calls the same day. He made what could have been a very difficult experience so much easier. My basement was water damaged and they worked diligently to get it cleaned up. I would highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration of Utah to anyone in need of mitigation services.

The ceiling fell down in my 90 year old mother's room Labor Day weekend because of our leaky swamp cooler. Our insurance company recommended Paul Davis Restoration and I'm glad they did. Jake came and assessed the damages, explained mitigation process and his crew got to work quickly after insurance company gave the go ahead. We're still in the process of reconstruction but so far very pleased with the way things are progressing.

The only good thing about a broken water line and flooded basement was the incredible help by Paul Davis and Carson’s team. Our living space was destroyed and we had to be in an hotel until they fixed it and I don’t exaggerate when I say the company that was the easiest to work with through this nightmare was Paul Davis. They were a huge help every step of the way from support, to the inspector, to the moving crew.

Excellent restoration specialist. Kept me abreast of every step of my project. Staff very knowledgeable with very good communication skills. The only concern I encountered was billing. Very difficult to receive return calls to complete payment. I would recommend this company for mitigation and restoration or any project you might need their expertise.

When a flood turned my home into a water park (uninvited, of course), this restoration team showed up like total pros and absolutely saved the day. They brought in fans like an industrial windstorm—thoroughly drying every inch with precision and speed. Bonus: my dogs thought they were in a spa with all the wind blowing through their fur!
From the start, they’ve been incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and completely on top of everything—from preventing mold to handling communication with insurance (which was a huge relief). Every question I had was answered right away, and their professionalism gave me real peace of mind in a stressful situation.
We’re still moving through the full restoration process, but if the drying phase is any indication, I know I’m in the best hands. Can’t recommend them enough!

Scott took the lead on my families house fire. He did an amazing job coordinating with the subcontractors, did quality work himself. He was able to answer all our questions & resolve any issues. Our master bathroom drain began leaking and we needed a fix right away! Our first plumber ghosted us and Brady was QUICK to recommend us plumbers! Once the drain was fixed, Nick came in to patch the hole in our ceiling and did a WONDERFUL, incredible job. Looks EXACTLY like before, like the leak didn’t even happen!!! While the process had a couple of hiccups—such as an extended mitigation phase due to moisture meter readings on the tile floor and some initial issues with the taping and texture work—Ethan was instrumental in resolving the moisture reading issue and ensuring our tile floor was saved.
Additionally, Kenny went above and beyond to make sure the contractors returned to fix any problems, ensuring the final work was done right. Thanks to his dedication and attention to detail, the results were excellent. I truly appreciate the professionalism and persistence of the team. We had a sprinkler head freeze and explode, flooding the walls and floors. Paul Davis came out the next day. Their team did a great job. They were professional, communicative, and very accommodating.
