I have 30 year old parquet flooring and an oak staircase that was badly in need of a refresh. The detailed quote I received from Chris spelled out exactly what work was going be done, and what to expect when they were finished. I'm happy to say the work done exceeded my expectations, with extremely high quality work done by Marty. Marty used a newly purchased sander specifically for parquet floors that produced amazing results!
This did create more dust than anticipated, but again an amazing job was done cleaning the areas. The attention to detail on the staircase refinishing was really appreciated as well. There was a lot of intricate work around balusters to deal with, and the work was done beautifully. Everything was finished with satin polyurethane, and I honestly think it looks better now than when it was installed new. It was a pleasure working with Chris and Marty, and they treated the work on my home like it was their own house.

We were in a hurry to get our entire 2nd floor's hardwood floors refinished, and Chris was prompt, punctual, and professional when squeezing us in on short notice, prior to us moving into the house. We needed two substantial patches to the old floors where the wood had failed, and the floors were damaged enough to need around 1/8 of sanding to take off all the scratches and gouges. When it came to the floor refinishing work, Martin was awesome!
He had excellent attention to detail and really put in maximum effort to make sure the floors came out great. I was super impressed to come by the house one day and find Martin on all fours, sanding out tiny imperfections in the second polyurethane coat, trying to get the finish to come out perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We would definitely hire again (although Martin was so thorough we have no more wood floors to refinish at the moment).

This is a fabulous company and Chris Potts is the most patient person I have ever met. We walked through the job, he made his recommendations, quoted me a price and then the Pandemic hit. Fast forward one year, I worked with Chris to reschedule the job, worked around the schedule not once but twice and he never expressed any frustration. I recommend him to anyone wanted a truly professional experience.

We recently had our kitchen floor refinished and a section of our living room repaired due to radiator water damage. Both came out fantastic and I can not say enough good things about the work and this company. Chris is very organized and professional as were both Joe and Tim who put 100% into our job. Thanks for the great job all around!
