Fuller Flooring & Design patiently guided us past new homebuyers' confusion, and helped us combine our differing styles to create a great room that makes us both smile. Not your usual furniture store, it's one-stop shopping because they carry a huge line of floor treatments too. They feature quality brands that will last forever, saving so much $$$ in the long run. Our furniture will look as good 10 years from now as it does today-- and the components of the made in the USA items we purchased are backed by a lifetime guarantee.
We visited a few other stores before we found Fuller and always left because we either felt pressured, ignored or overwhelmed. We had fun working with Debra because she took time to read us well and suggest patterns and colors that reflected both our needs, then gave us time alone to obsess over them! Service after purchase is equally attentive-- Madison gave us constant updates and the delivery men were prompt, attentive and pleasant. Another plus is their dedicated parking lot in downtown Willoughby. Do give them a visit!

I highly recommend Fuller Flooring and Design. Everyone working in the store was very helpful (especially Roger) in picking out my flooring, getting it ordered and installed. The installers were very good, efficient and finished on time. My floors are absolutely beautiful!

One could not find a more knowledgeable, professional, and experienced staff than at Fuller Flooring. Deborah, Dave, Madison, Roger, and Joe are amazing. They carry the finest quality of material. Deborah and Roger's patience and desire to provide one with that perfect product is incredible. Their installers Dave and Joe pay attention to the finest of detail. There is no other store I would ever consider to purchase and install flooring or backsplash. At Fuller everyone takes a pride in doing their job to perfection.
