Matt Wypychoski was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, willing to explain & answer my questions. He managed to fix the badly clogged kitchen drain in one visit to avoid scheduling another with heavier equipment. He was a good teacher & example to the trainee he had along with him. Raps Plumbing is an EXCEPTIONAL company and will be the only plumbing firm we will use and recommend in the future. We had a heating pipe damaged by another contractor which cause water to flow inside and outside of our house. The pipe was in a very difficult place to repair being located at the base of our front door and sitting on concrete. Dan made a flawless repair and got the furnace running and heat back into the house very quickly.
We found Dan to be not only very professional and conscientious (explaining everything in laymen's terms) but extremely friendly and easily answered all of our questions. This was an emergency repair and Raps was the only plumbing company that was willing to switch schedules to get someone to our house (all the other companies simply said "we're too busy") even knowing we had no heat and water. Additionally, their employees are very prompt and we received text messages with their arrival time and pictures of the employee. When given a time of arrival, they very right on the money. We were new to Raps yet they treat us like were long time customers (which we will be). I wish all companies operated like Raps Plumbing.

Craig was right on time. Very professional and polite. He found what I would call a very difficult source of a dripping leake I had in my basement furnace room. He was very assertive in the repair. Cleaned up after and kept me appraised of the situation as he went along to find the leak, repair an upstairs toilet and was as polite when he left as when he came in. Very satisfied with the service and tech. i would use them again.

I called raps on Sunday because I woke up with no heat. Someone came to determine the problem within 2 hours. Unfortunately they did not have the part to fix it at the time but they install the part as soon as it was overnighted. Craig was the technician On the job and he was very professional. He was honest about the problem and kept me updated about the progress. When the part came in he quickly repaired it.

I called Raps at 9:00 AM and Dan arrived at 1:00 PM to unclog my bathroom sink drain. Work went very smoothly and professionally. I had tried for 2 hours to fix it myself without sucess. I was concerned that wallboard needed removal for the fix, but Dan's snake did the job. I was very happy with the results. Service: Drain cleaning
