As a Real Estate Broker, I have recommended Chuck Heifetz to many clients over the past 20 years. Chuck knows what sells. He has a good eye and works with what you have to maximize the home sellers return on investment to get them too dollar. Clients have told me is professional, on time and communicates well. On a personal note he remodeled a master bath for us six years ago. It has held up well, was good value and he made good selections when we just could not decide. Give C & M a call, you will be glad you did. Frank D'Ostilio Real Estate Broker Woodbridge and Milford, CT

If you plan to work with this company I have some advise for you: 1- Review the contract carefully. 2- Be clear about all costs, specially possible extra work in the contract. They charge us 40% higher than what we agreed because of the need for third coat on 3 rooms and foyer out of the whole job. They said it took 26 man-hours for third coat in these rooms! It means they needed about 3 hours to paint every single wall for third time!
Quiet efficient, isn't it?! The last one was my fault. I didn't review the contract out of trust. When the job was done, it was not what we discussed. So, be careful about the details of the contract.
