I had a bad experience. I made an appointment with them Wednesday afternoon to repair my garage but they never show up. I even called Wednesday morning to make sure they were going to come and they told me they were but ever shows up! Didn't even give me a called back to say they weren't going to show up and i wasted my time waiting for them to show up. Bad communication skills

Our Garage door would not open, so we called the company to send a tech to figure out the issue. Without any troubleshooting the tech said he knew what the problem was already and told me the issue was with the garage spring which is around $749 on the lower end. I did not feel comfortable with this tech since no troubleshooting was done. Seemed scammy. We decided the next day to have a second opinion from a different company, this tech troubleshooted and tested most of the garage door components and found the only issues was a sensor misalignment. The fix was practically free. Saved us hundreds of dollars. I would be very careful next time you call this company.

Our garage door was making a loud clanking sound when it closed. We called for service in July. The service man came out and basically did nothing. Said that garage doors get louder the older they are (our garage doors are only a couple years old). This past Thursday, the garage door wouldn't open at all. I called the manufacturer and when I described what was going on, they knew exactly what the problem was. They sent out a replacement part. I called Best Overhead to schedule them to put in the part as they should have figured this out in July. Have not heard a word from them.
