Steve was a great rep to work with. He was patient, honest & thorough throughout the whole process of choosing our door. The installers, Darren & Jonathan, were on time, courteous and hard working. We love our new front door and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The spring on our garage door broke unexpectedly (as springs always do). A friend gave me the name of Edelen. I called, not expecting someone to be available on the same day. But, delightfully, Kevin was available. He arrived in less than 2 hours from my initial phone call. He moved fast, he knew what he was doing, and he was friendly. I have to say that his service and expertise were stellar. Little did I know that garage doors should be maintained and tuned up regularly.

I have to say that he went above and beyond for me. Both of our doors are now working very acceptably. Of course, I don't want to spend additional money but if service or doors are needed in the future, I'd be happy to contact them again.

To anyone who need door services, do not go to this company. As you can see, their YELP stars have been reduced to 3.5 for a good reason. In my case, I have been trying to get an order complete from their stores for more than 8 months. This was dragged out due to poor service, lack professional activity, and dropped communication with at least three persons. I will never use them again. I am not alone as you can, rated one star, at best, for doors installations by others

While visiting to explore some garage door related options, I had a great experience. They were very knowledgeable, factual, and honest while also not being pushy. They also had items in stock currently extremely hard to find elsewhere. Check them out!

We got a new garage door from them and we love it! Install went great. They took away the old door. The new opener is much quieter and smoother than our old one. We got a metal door that looks like wood and it's very realistic without the upkeep.
