Sideline Construction

Founded in 1990 by Tom Smith, our company was built on the principle of delivering high-quality residential construction services at competitive prices. By maintaining minimal overhead costs and prioritizing customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a trusted name in Monroe, Wayne, and Ontario Counties. Our team of skilled professionals specializes in replacement roofing, siding, windows, and doors, using only premium materials from industry leaders like CertainTeed and Thermal Industries. As a Better Contractor Bureau member and preferred contractor for the Perinton Recreation Department, we combine decades of experience with a commitment to transparency and fair pricing. Our long-standing relationships with suppliers like B&L Wholesale allow us to pass savings directly to homeowners while maintaining rigorous installation standards that preserve manufacturer warranties.

With crews averaging 15-20 years of tenure, we pride ourselves on clean, courteous service and attention to detail that ensures every project is completed correctly the first time. Our focus on word-of-mouth referrals over traditional advertising reflects our confidence in consistently exceeding client expectations. Whether addressing complex roofing challenges or enhancing home value through siding upgrades, we approach every job with the same dedication to craftsmanship that has defined our business for over three decades.
