Reseach and determine a realistic budget! This is the most important step. We recommend reading the Cost vs Value Report for the Cincinnati area to help determine an approximate cost of your project. Be sure to read through the detail for each project for what materials are included in the cost.

Keep in mind it gets worse before it gets better. We do our absolute best to minimize the mess with drop cloths, plastic walls, and air purifiers however keep in mind the BIGGER picture. This too shall pass.
