These guys are so good. Every year I get up on my roof and marvel and how much better it is than the original roof. The original roof had multiple problem areas of drippage and drainage requiring me to replace siding, trim, and sheathing over the years. North Creek eliminated all of those problem areas. They know their craft. They did not just replace/redo my roof. They significantly improved it.

Our roof was replaced on November 2 thru 4, 2020. The shingling and flashing work was completed very professionally. Very pleased with the quality of the workers. One of the sore spots is that we previously had 2" scuppers and 2" down pipes which frequently clogged up. We had 2X3 scuppers added to the contract to be joined to the 2X3 downspouts that I later installed. Unfortunately 3" round scuppers were installed and when I mentioned it John told me that they were special order items.

Would the 2X3 scuppers in the contract not have been included in the bid? The other disappointment is that the garage built-in-gutters have the scuppers on the high end of the building requiring some creative downspout placement. It had rained before the final inspection and showed how the drainage was poor. When I mentioned this I was told they could come back at a later date and shim the gutter to flow correctly at a added cost.

The new scuppers are in the same location as the old ones, but I would think a professional roofing estimator might have brought a 6' level or equivalent. Again, it's a beautiful roof but we are back to 2" drains
