I contracted DiGiorgi Roofing and siding 3 months ago and I knew the repair to the 'legs' of both of my garage doors would take a while to get started, I wasn't in a rush and I'm a little surprised they came in Feb. to do the repair. The service reps were polite and very cheerful. They replaced the dented legs on the side of each garage door, they were very badly dented from being hit by one of the cars entering the garage.
They replaced all the vinyl plus applied new rubber strips alongside each door that keeps the wind out from the sides. They also fixed a panel under the overhand which had come loose and birds were building nests inside. They were finished up in an hour. They did a wonderful, professional job and I give them 5 stars for their good work. I would recommend DiGiorgi to anyone.

My experience was negative and would not recommend them to a friend or colleague. Everything started great but there was back and forth with the insurance, Digiorgi simply needed to mail a shingle for analysis at a third party. I was told it would take 2-3 days. After weeks of no responses, stalling, and ultimately lying (on 3 separate occasions I was told it was overnighted the previous day by the person I was speaking with, what else is that but a lie?) we had to drop them and start over with a new roofer. End of the day all they did was put up a tarp and delay my home repairs by over a month. If customer service, honesty, and responsiveness is important, I'd recommend elsewhere.

I live in Chaplin in eastern CT. I never thought that this company would come this far. I was happy that they did. I was so surprised that they showed up on that date because of all of the bad weather. Ron and Joulio and the crew were so maticulis and attentive about thier work and to answer my questions. It's rare to see worker's that actually enjoy Thier job these days. It's definitely worth the money when you know that workers like what they do and are looking out for you.

The first crew to come out to replace our roof due to hurricane last August tore off the roof and then refused to repair other parts of the roof covered by the the job contract. They quit and left the job with our roof wide open we had to get the office managers to come to our home too make this crew come back and complete the job. In doing this the crew left out all of the hurricane clips and did a hack job.
We now have the repair crew back to rip off the roof where they had a huge bump sticking up. This should have been done correctly in the first-time. They tell us that They will never come back and what about our 50 year warranty?

Waited a few weeks for a consult for wanting multiple things redone in my home to get a call few days before for them to cancel saying it's too far and they would have to come multiple times but can still do my garage doors which is not my priority. So if someone is willing to pay for a job you won't come out a few times to do so but will come out once to do doors makes no sense to me but whatever should have know in the first place and told my it would have been to far so I don't waste my time now having to find someone else and wait for an appointment.
