Great team they got me setup with a new gas heater and ac. On time friendly people and they helped my mom on her heat pump after another company left her hanging for over 3 months. They had her going in 2 days. Thanks for helping me and my family out. Amazing customer service 110%.

Gagles is the BEST. I own The Dog Bark, a local doggy daycare and our A/C went out this summer and they came the very same day. It was the day we hit a record high of 115 degrees so they were literally life-savers! Because we are taking care of animals, it's so important that we have temperature control at all times. This winter, our thermostat was knocked off of the wall and they were at our facility within one hour to fix it. They are always polite, prompt, knowledgeable and I am SO grateful to Gagles!

They were courteous and professional. They thoroughly explained the job and ongoing maintenance required. I have been working with Gagles heating for over 20 years. Recently our old furnace broke down and the Gagles team had diagnosed. bid on a new furnace and had our new furnace installed in one day! knowledgeable service techs did a great job and cleaned up the job site. Best HVAC company in Salem.

I'm very disappointed. I called Gagle after our regular company was a no-show for a scheduled maintenance appointment. They scheduled an appt for maintenance on out heat pump and to give us an estimate on replacing the system (for 3 weeks later). They showed up on time, was courteous, and very knowledgeable. They emailed our estimate options the next day. We made our selection and scheduled an install date which was a month out.
I called them the day before to confirm the install was still on and it is a go. I get a call 1/2 hour before the scheduled time. They did not have one part but it had been shipped and someone will call back to reschedule the install. I called them 13 days later to check on the status. They said they would check and get right back to me. No call back in two days. Not very good customer service and follow up.
